1. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE CONTACT YOU?
As always, the more time, the better! Certain items book up quickly so if you want something specific book as soon as you know you want the item.
2. WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD THE DAY OF MY EVENT?
If your event is outdoors, we’ll be reaching out a few days in advance to discuss a rain plan with you!
3. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?
In general, there are several things included in your rental. The display itself, setup before the event, and breakdown after the event. There are additional fees for delivery.
